How do I get an account?
Your institute creates it. If the institute uses GIMS, sign in here with the same email and password you use there.
I forgot my password.
Use "forgot password" on the login page. If no email arrives, check spam, then ask your institute to confirm the address on your account.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes — it is built for a phone first. You can add it to your home screen, which also lets phones send you notifications about tests and due dates.
I missed a test.
Only your teacher can reopen a test or grant another attempt. Ask them.
Where is my certificate?
It appears on the course once you complete it and your institute issues it. It carries a link anyone can open to verify it.

How do I create a test quickly?
Build a question bank for the course first. After that, a test is picking questions — or setting a random draw — plus a duration and a due time.
Can two students get different papers?
Yes. Turn on the random draw, shuffling, and number variations on the test.
How much can AI do for me?
It drafts questions and suggests marks against a rubric. You approve questions before students see them, and your mark is always the recorded one.
A student handed in the wrong file.
Return the submission with feedback. They can hand in again, and both versions stay on the record.
How do I know which topic to reteach?
Open the course analytics: topics are listed weakest first, and you can see the correctness rate of every question.

How do students and teachers get in?
Either synced from GIMS with their batch, or added directly in Classroom. Both sign in with one Grawity identity.
Can we load a whole syllabus at once?
Yes — a full curriculum (courses, lessons, practice questions, tests and assignments) can be imported from a single file, then edited in the app.
Can we use our own words for things?
Yes. Choose whether Classroom says class, program or subject, and put your logo on screens, emails and certificates.
What happens if our subscription lapses?
A short grace period, then the institute is paused rather than deleted. Nothing is lost.
